Mr. Tom Strange - President and CEO

The Solution Design Group is led by Mr. Tom Strange, its President and founder. Mr. Strange has nearly 20 years of experience in the transportation industry and has performed a wide variety of services from his early career as a software engineer to serving as president of a leading software development firm.

Prior to forming SDG, Mr. Strange was the co-founder and president of Decision Support Technologies, Inc., the aviation industry leader in property and revenue management software systems. Mr. Strange, along with Mr. Glen Porter and a third partner, established DST in 1993 and grew the company to provide information technology products and services to over 100 airports and seaports around the world. DST was acquired by a large aviation systems integration firm in 2002 where Mr. Strange served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Solutions Officer.

Mr. Strange is a frequent speaker at national conferences regarding information technology in the aviation and transportation industries. He is a member of the American Association of Airport Executives and Airports Council International.

Mr. Glen Porter - Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Glen Porter has worked in the architectural and engineering fields for nearly twenty-two years, and has worked exclusively in the aviation and transportation industry for the last fifteen years. He provides SDG with knowledge and expertise in the areas of facility and property management as well as operations and customer support.

Prior to joining SDG, Mr. Porter was the co-founder and executive vice president of Decision Support Technologies, Inc. Mr. Porter helped establish DST in 1993 and his operational and technical guidance helped the company grow to be the aviation industry leader in property and revenue management software systems. The company provided information technology products and services to over 100 airports and seaports around the world. DST was acquired by a large aviation systems integration firm in 2002 where Mr. Porter served as an Executive Vice President Operations.

Mr. Steven Peacock - Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

The Solution Design Group's Technical team is led by Mr. Steven Peacock. Mr. Peacock has over twenty years of software development experience, with over fifteen years of experience in the transportation industry and has performed a wide variety of services from his early career as a programmer to serving as vice president of development for a leading software development firm.

Prior to joining SDG, Mr. Peacock was the vice president of development for Decision Support Technologies, Inc., the aviation industry leader in property and revenue management software systems. Mr. Peacock joined DST in 1994 and was the technical architect responsible for the company's information technology products and services which were delivered to over 100 airports and seaports around the world. Following DST's acquisition in 2002, Mr. Peacock served as the Senior Vice President of Development for the acquiring company, a large systems integrator.

Mr. Peacock is an occasional speaker at conferences in the information technology and aviation industries.
